Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the Rumi landing page, waitlist and partner applications. It does not cover using the Rumi health companion.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we record your email, signup time, where you signed up, campaign tags if present, and the consent wording version. Partner applications also include the business and contact details you choose to submit.

Please don’t include medical information, customer records, payment information or passwords in an application.

How we use it

We use this information to record your interest, send an acknowledgement, invite people to the beta, share launch updates, and follow up on partner applications. A signup does not create an app account.

Services that process it

Vercel hosts this site and provides BotID spam protection. A separate Postgres database stores the signup records. Resend processes contact lists, outgoing emails and delivery events. Cloudflare forwards messages sent to hello@rumihq.com to our inbox. These providers may process data outside your country.

The site records a short-lived, keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We don’t store the raw IP address in the waitlist database. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs.

Your choices

You can stop follow-up emails using the link in a Rumi email or by writing to hello@rumihq.com. Contact us at the same address to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information.

We keep signup records while managing the waitlist or partner application. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record so that a repeated signup does not accidentally restart emails. We do not sell waitlist information.
